This notice explains what Signin Soft Inc. collects through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: the topic you choose (IT services, training, visa, tours, flights or other), the details you add such as a destination, travel date or number of travellers, your name, email, optional phone and company, and how you prefer to be contacted.
- Job applications: your name, email, optional phone, work authorization, optional experience and LinkedIn profile, your resume and any message you add.
- Email or phone calls: whatever you choose to tell us.
Please do not send passport numbers, visa documents, Social Security numbers, bank details or other sensitive documents through this website. If a visa or travel booking needs documents, we will tell you how to send them securely.
How we use it
Only to respond to you: to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote, to consider you for a role, and to follow up about it. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising, and we do not use it for automated decisions.
Where it is kept and for how long
Form submissions are saved in this website’s administration area and emailed to our team (info@signinsoft.net for enquiries, hr@signinsoft.net for applications). Resumes are kept in a private folder that cannot be reached from the web and can only be downloaded by authorized staff. We keep applications for up to 24 months so we can contact you about future roles, and enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Cookies and storage in your browser

The help desk
The help desk runs in your browser and answers from information already on this website. What you type is not sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not stored.

This website is hosted by our web hosting provider and emails pass through our email provider. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. These providers handle data only to deliver their service to us.
