Our commitment
We build websites and software for our clients, and we hold our own site to the standard we would recommend to them. Any barrier reported on this site is treated as a defect and fixed.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Based on our own testing, we believe it currently meets that standard.
This is a self-assessment, not a certification. It is based on automated testing and manual checks and has not been audited by an independent third party.
Our Accessibility Conformance Report, based on the VPAT® 2.5 International Edition, rates the site against every WCAG 2.2, Revised Section 508 and EN 301 549 criterion and can be downloaded as PDF or Word.
Adjust the site to suit you
The bar at the top of every page has these controls. Your choices are saved on your device only and apply to every page.
- Text size A, A+ and A++: standard, larger (115%) and largest (130%) text.
- High contrast: white text on a black background with yellow links.
- More display settings: a readable font designed for low vision and dyslexia, wider line and letter spacing, highlighted links, a reading guide that follows your pointer, paused motion (the home page video and moving logos stop) and a strong focus outline for keyboard users.
- Language: English, Español, हिन्दी, తెలుగు and Français. The menu takes you to the same page in the language you pick.
- Help desk: instant answers about our services, visas, travel and jobs, in any of the five languages.
Your browser’s own zoom and text settings also work: pages reflow down to a width of 320 pixels without horizontal scrolling.
How we test
- Automated audits: every page template is checked with the axe-core accessibility rules for WCAG 2.2 A and AA.
- Keyboard only: every control, menu, form and dialog can be reached and operated without a mouse, and focus is always visible.
- Structure: headings, landmarks, form labels and error messages are exposed correctly to assistive technology.
- Contrast: text colors are measured against their real background and meet at least 4.5 to 1.
- Reflow and zoom: layouts are checked from 320 pixels wide to large desktop screens and with text enlarged to 200%.
- Motion: the home page video can be paused, and animation stops for visitors who choose Pause motion or whose device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- A manual screen-reader pass (NVDA and VoiceOver) is planned but not complete, so the conformance report rates use without vision as partially supported until it is done.
- Job descriptions are published in English only. The rest of the site, the forms and the help desk are available in all five languages.
- The home page video is decorative and has no sound or spoken content, so it has no captions. It plays muted and can be paused.
